The singer will perform a charity concert at the historic Cairo palace on Sunday 11 October.

Tamer Ashour will take the stage at Cairo’s Koubba Palace for a charity concert on Sunday 11 October.
Built in the late 19th century for Khedive Ismail, Koubba Palace in eastern Cairo is one of the city’s grandest royal residences and today serves as a presidential palace, rarely opened to the public for events.
Ashour, known for his romantic ballads, is one of the most popular singers of his generation in Egypt. Are you going? Tell us on cairo.kmt’s Instagram.
