Happy birthday, Hadaba. Amr Diab turned 65 on 11 October, and his voice has grown with his audience without ever seeming to age.
Since his first album in 1983, Diab has become one of the best-selling artists in the Arab world, and he remains a fixture on stage, with concerts announced this autumn in Cairo and El Gouna.
